This 8 Week Home Workout Guide is best suited to
complete beginners.
There is no equipment required for any of these workouts.
Workouts can be done from the comfort of your home. There are 24 different workouts to work through across the 8 weeks - the levels move from easy to hard as you progress through the weeks.
Each exercise has a corresponding Youtube video so you can practice good form.
