The Glute Guide

The Glute Guide with Sarah Moloney - This guide is focused on Lower Body only.

It focuses solely on the development of lower body - and glutes in particular. We teach you all about one of the most important factors of glute development - Glute Activation. 

We simplify the anatomy for you, and explain what you need to grow your glutes, and HOW you do it.

There is a 12 week training plan with 4 days of lower body workouts per week. We teach you about the difference between Compound and Isolation movements for glutes, and explain why we use each one during different training sessions.

Each exercise has a corresponding Youtube video, and we outline the teaching points for every single movement.

We touch a small bit on Nutrition also - as it important to understand that it is not training alone that will get you the glutes you want. 

There is a Training Log provided where you can focus on recording your lifts, with the aim to beat them across the weeks. The level of the training moves from Intermediate to Advanced across the 12 weeks.
