Rebecca felt stuck in a rut, was overwhelmed and filled with self-doubt. She initially came to me because of her struggles with weight, thinking that losing weight was the solution to feeling better about herself.

What we discovered together was that it wasn’t just about her weight—it was so much more. Her challenges stemmed from her relationship with herself: low self-worth, perfectionism, and a need to control everything in her life.

Through coaching and using The Unf*ck method Rebecca learned how to shift her focus to what really mattered. She worked on building self-confidence, developing a healthier relationship with herself, and embracing tools to that helped her turn her life around.
