What can we say - you simply LOVE training, LOVE to learn. You exercise because you love it, not because you feel you 'have to' or you 'should'. You listen to your body and don't force it when you need a rest.
You choose form over weight.... always.
My suggestion is you build on your whiz kid knowledge even further - consider learning about Reverse Dieting, Bulking, or Pre and post workout nutrition.
